Healing through creativity and expression

Molly G. LCAT, is a private practice that approaches healing from a sense of wholeness, integrating a variety of therapeutic approaches to create a wholistic, individualized experience. By blending art therapy, somatic IFS (Internal Family Systems), psychodynamic therapy, and a trauma-informed framework, offering an that invites recovery and healing at a deep, embodied level. We will be tending to your wounded parts, honoring them, and offering compassion.

Trauma and emotional challenges can reside within the body and mind, often leading to confusion, pain, and disconnection. This practice focuses on creating a safe space for you to explore, express, and process these experiences. Through creating and visualizing our emotions, thoughts, and memories through creative expression and somatic awareness, I will help you create distance from past struggles, allowing for a deeper understanding of your own healing process.

I’m here to guide and support you as you work through complex traumas, emotional pain, and life’s challenges. At this practice, I honor your unique journey and provide the tools, compassion, and expertise to help you move forward with greater self-awareness, resilience, and inner peace.
