Trauma-Informed Art Therapy Intensives (Extended Sessions)
$375 - 90min | $260 - 75min

These extended sessions are designed for individuals who have already engaged in therapy and are seeking a deeper, more experiential approach to recovery and healing. This longer-format work allows for sustained processing, creative exploration, and meaningful integration, utilizing the phase model of trauma treatment.

These sessions are supportive for those who feel ‘stuck’, plateaued in therapy or are looking to explore new ways of working. People who feel they have understanding and self-awareness, but still having difficulty integrating new changes and behaviors they want into their day to day lives.

Weekend morning availability for intensives sessions.

Due to depth of this work, a brief consultation is required prior to booking intake to determine goodness of fit and ensure this format is supportive for your current needs. Can be done in a series of sessions that will be agreed upon in collaborative treatment planing and goal setting.
