Join us Oct. 18th at 3pm for a 2 hour expressive movement and art therapy workshop! In this two part workshop participants will engage in expressive movement and somatic experiencing, then create an life-sized, colorful representation of their somatic experience through body mapping. Gather with like-minded people, who are curious about art and wellness in this intimate workshop. Workshop is capped at 6-8 participance. No prior art or movement experience nessecary!
